We are officially a City of Miami Beach Contractors!!!!
Besides my usual Homeless Outreach, we will be hiring those who are Homeless (in shelters) giving temporary jobs to help them put their lives back on track, therefore ending homelessness! Their job will be doing outreach with me, giving their testimonio to the ones still on the streets, to incentivize them to leave the streets and go to shelters, rehabs, housing, etc. 💞 Thank you City of Miami Beach Government and Dr. Alba Tarre: This is my dream coming true 🙏

It is an Honor & Privilege to help my city 🙏 The city of Miami Beach is one of the few cities with a Homeless Outreach Division.
Succeeding in taking a Homeless individual off the streets is a priceless reward.
I urge my Realtors colleagues to get involved 🙏
 

 

At City’s Finance Committee giving ideas on where to get funds to house the Homeless. In my personal opinion * some of the 2% resort tax (over $55M in FY2017) should be allocated to this cause. * Developers should pay a small tax to be use to develop Low Income Housing and Homeless Housing. * Airbnb fines should be allocated entirely towards Permanent Housing for the Homeless. Anybody else has any ideas to where to get the money from?

Grateful to WAVE for allowing me to join them in recognizing Valerie ’s countless good deeds to address homelessness. Such great energy on Washington Avenue last night!
  
I am Homeless Outreaching with the newly formed Miami Beach PD Night Homeless Outreach Team. Officer Rosa has a special connection with the Homeless individuals. She is strong, sweet & trustworthy. In this picture, she got this lady to accept shelter and possible relocation with family 👪
