Favela Miami works in direct contract partnership with the City of Miami Beach to help enhance the city’s existing efforts to end homelessness by assisting individuals experiencing homelessness transition into stable, self-sufficient lives. Through a formal contract with the City, Favela provides workforce training, job placement, housing referrals, and personalized support services. This collaborative effort focuses on empowering sheltered individuals by preparing them for employment, assisting with resume building and job applications, and ensuring ongoing guidance throughout their reintegration. By combining outreach, compassion, and accountability, Favela bridges the gap between homelessness and opportunity—creating real, lasting change in the community.
